U.S. futures are recovering from Monday`s losses
U.S. futures unexpectedly moved from a flat ground to a higher ground on Tuesday, indicating that the U.S. futures are recovering from losses on Monday. Investors are waiting now for the major economic event this week, and that's the OPEC meeting.
The blue-chip Dow rose 0.10%, S&P 500 rose 0.09%, or two points, while the Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.08%.
The European stock markets were mixed and confused on Tuesday, due to lower prices on oil, investors waiting the OPEC meeting on Wednesday, trying to remain patient and cautions until clear results appear.
The European stocks also wait for the Italian referendum results.
In Asia, the Nikkei 225 closed lower on Tuesday. The Japanese data turned out mixed, and that changed the course of its stocks. Japan's household spending data came unexpectedly low in the month of October, even though retail sales didn't slipped as much as the experts were forecasting. Despite that, and the fact that the jobless rate was in the forecast value, the Nikkei 225 had, on a general view, low results.
